As its name suggests, Villa Lourdas Beach View has fantastic views over the nearby beach and resort of Lourdas. The fantastic scenery can be enjoyed from the large private swimming pool and terrace as well as the living area and both bedrooms. Not only that, but you'll also have a choice of restaurants right on your doorstep, with the centre of Lourdas and the beach within a very short drive. Pool heating, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge and WiFi are included.

A low interior wall divides the entrance hall from the open plan living area. As you enter the lounge, you will be greeted by the fantastic view from the patio doors. There is comfortable seating, a dining table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen is around the corner on the right with a window overlooking the front of the house.

As you enter Villa Lourdas Beach View, there is a shower room on the right, adjacent to the stairs. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms also have patio doors opening onto a shared terrace overlooking the swimming pool and Ionian sea beyond.

The large private infinity swimming pool is surrounded by plenty of space for relaxation, soaking up the sun or admiring the fabulous views over the Lourdas countryside down to the sea. There is a wooden pergola offering some much welcome shade from the sun for alfresco dining, with the brick BBQ towards the back of the house.

Metal gates opens onto the large paved parking area, bordered by mature trees and shrubs. The main entrance to the villa is to the rear by the BBQ terrace.

Location

The area of Lourdas is located on the south central coast of the island, so it is a great place to get out and about from. From its excellent position on the hillside above Lourdas Bay, Villa Lourdas Beach View has fabulous views over the hillside and down to the sea. The villa is perfect for anyone wanting seclusion but to be close to the facilities of this popular resort, with a good restaurant just 100 meters below the house. The area still retains its quaint village charm and local colour, and from the villa the road winds it way down through the village to the long sand and pebble beach with its waterside tavernas, umbrellas and sun beds.
